Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, mentor, and supervise the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance benchmarks.
Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and energy pricing structures to position the company’s services competitively.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote BOLTWHIZ LIMITED’s services and target new business clients.
Prepare and present customised energy-saving proposals, detailed quotations, and cost-analysis reports to prospective and existing business clients.
Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular sales forecasts, and report progress to management.
Oversee customer account management to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service delivery.

Strong understanding of UK business energy markets, tariff structures, and supplier frameworks.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
