Summary

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Thames Water Framework team based on site in Wisley STW.

Location: Wisley STW (Surrey) - some remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join our Thames Water Framework as a Senior Project Manager where you'll lead the successful delivery of our Wisley STW project and future large non-infra projects. As a strategic partner to Thames Water for AMP8 on Capital Frameworks across their supply and treatment regions, we're looking for someone who can nurture stakeholder relationships while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

What will you be responsible for?As a Senior Project Manager, you'll be working within the Thames Water Framework team, supporting them in delivering high-quality infrastructure projects. Your day to day will include:

-Leading the project team from design through to successful handover, ensuring project objectives are met

-Ensuring the highest standards of Health and Safety while promoting staff wellbeing initiatives

-Building and nurturing client and stakeholder relationships to ensure smooth project delivery

-Managing project finances, delivering forecast margin with effective change management

-Developing and coordinating a multi-disciplinary project team to achieve shared goals

What are we looking for?This role of Senior Project Manager is great for you if:

-You have a degree or HNC level engineering qualification

-You have proven experience in the water or related industry

-You're collaborative with excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships

-You have knowledge of NEC and ICHEME forms of contract

-You're organised with a talent for balancing multiple priorities
