Summary
Careers Lead and Learning Resource Manager
Hours - 37 Hrs/week over 39 weeks/year
Basis - Full Time, Permanent
Salary - Band 4 SCP (11 - 17) £28,142 - £31,022
Actual Salary - £24,272.48 - £26,756.48
You will be responsible for:
Lead and deliver a comprehensive, impartial careers programme for Years 7–11, supporting informed progression and reducing NEET risk.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with employers, colleges, training providers, and HE institutions.
Provide personalised careers guidance through 1:1 interviews, assemblies, events, and parental engagement.
Manage, develop, and evaluate the school library as a high-quality learning resource that promotes literacy and inclusion.
Oversee systems, data, budgets, and reporting to ensure continuous improvement and compliance with statutory and OFSTED guidance.
