Summary

Charles Hunter Associates are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 - year post qualified experience.

About the team:

This Learning Disabilities Team supports adults with a wide range of learning disabilities, focusing on promoting independence, safeguarding wellbeing and enabling individuals to lead fulfilling lives within their communities.

The team works closely with multidisciplinary partners, including health professionals, supported living providers, advocacy services and families, to deliver coordinated and person‑centred support. This role is financially rewarding and is offering a long - term stable contract.

About you:

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2-year experience is essential to be considered for this role. Experience within a learning disabilities adult team lends well to the success of this position.
