Your role as a Part-time QTS Tutor will be multifaceted, encompassing a range of responsibilities that will challenge and inspire you. You will be responsible for:
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify each student's unique learning needs, strengths, and areas for improvement
- Designing and delivering tailored, engaging lesson plans that cater to individual learning styles and objectives
- Providing personalised feedback and guidance to students, empowering them to overcome academic challenges and reach their full potential
- Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment

To excel in this role, you will possess a deep passion for education, a proven track record of successful tutoring experience, and a strong command of the National Curriculum. Ideally, you will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar tutoring or teaching capacity.
