Working within the National Enforcement Office, the post holder supports the Head of Enforcement Services and other enforcement STL in management of national enforcement schemes.

This is an important role within the national enforcement team, responsible for the delivery of enforcement schemes, ensuring that quality support systems are in place, delivering safe and efficient and effective services for a number of enforcement activities.

The job holder will also support to the Enforcement Management leadership team in ensuring that all directorate documentation is maintained and of the highest standard, including customer facing documentation and ensuring that adequate governance processes are in place to ensure they are updated and available when needed.

  • Your responsibilities will include, but aren’t limited to:
  • Ensuring Policy and procedures are correct on all impounding activities.
  • Acting as Clothing and PPE lead.
  • Acting as decision maker on impounding which fall outside of the Operations Instructions.
  • Liaising with external contractor for recovery and taking on day to day management of the contract, ensuring a quality service is available to roadside staff and customers.
