Summary
We are looking for a passionate and motivated Senior Mental Health Support Worker to join our supported living services in the Swansea area. Role: Senior Mental Health Support Worker
Pay: £13.17 Per Hour, £23,972 Annual Salary
Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Flexible working hours – shifts include evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
You DO need a driving license.
Closing Date: Wednesday 25th February 2026 at 12pm

About The Role
As a Senior Mental Health Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting individuals with complex mental health needs in a supported living environment.
Support people to coproduce their support plans and work toward their personal goals.
Providing emotional and practical support tailored to individual needs.
Acting as a key worker and providing person-centred psychologically informed support.
Supporting with daily living skills, medication, and appointments, promoting independence, dignity, and choice.
Facilitating care reviews and maintaining safe, clean environments
Work flexibly across sites, covering a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and nights (including sleep‑in duties at some schemes).
This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same, and your impact will be felt every day.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in mental health or supported living services.
A positive, proactive attitude and basic IT confidence.

Support Worker, Senior Support Worker, Recovery Worker, Key Worker, Housing Support Officer, Care Worker, Mental Health Practitioner, Social Care Worker, Substance Misuse Worker, Complex Needs Support Worker or any other role with transferable skills in support, wellbeing, or community work.
