What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing, delivering, and evaluating bespoke intervention programmes
• Leading EHCP processes and annual reviews with expertise and care
• Training and mentoring a passionate team of TAs and LSAs
• Working in partnership with families, outside agencies, and school leaders
• Monitoring data, evaluating impact, and driving continuous improvement
Ideal SENCO for this Barking and Dagenham School:
• Holds UK QTS; National Award for SEN Coordination preferred, not essential
• Possesses proven SEND classroom or coordinator experience
