Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
It is expected that the successful candidate will either hold the National SENCO qualification or be willing to undertake this qualification. You will be able to effectively lead and manage the team and work closely with parent/carers and professionals.
We are looking for someone with:
• A clear vision and strong commitment to Catholic education
• Excellent teacher and subject leader expertise who can lead by example
• Has a commitment to inclusion and a passion to ensure all pupils achieve their potential
• Effective communication skills and a commitment to working in partnership with the leadership team, staff, governors, parents and professionals.
• Has proven experience of leading and managing an area of the curriculum.
