What skills and experience we're looking for
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a new Teaching Assistant at Parkfield to support the learning and attainment of pupils within our Orchard provision (SEND Space). The new Teaching Assistant will work in a team to give support to pupils, individually or in groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning and experience a sense of achievement
This role would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant who is looking for that next step in their career.
The new Teaching Assistant Lead will be:
• An excellent role model to inspire and motivate all
• A proven track record of high quality learning and pastoral support
• Have a passion for equality
• Reflective in their own practice
