Lift Greenwood is seeking a reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisor to support learning across the academy by providing high-quality classroom supervision during teacher absences. This is a key role, ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining calm, focused learning environments for our students.

The Role

You will supervise classes across a range of subjects using pre-prepared lesson materials, support positive behaviour, and ensure students remain engaged and on task. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support students' learning, wellbeing, and development.

This role is ideal for someone with experience working with children or young people, strong communication and behaviour management skills, and a calm, flexible approach. It is well-suited to those considering a future career in teaching or education.
