The Role
Working in the systems support team, you will provide effective and responsive support to schools in the use of their Management Information Systems and associated platforms. The role involves supporting schools with system configuration, data extraction and reporting, testing new MIS releases, producing guidance and delivering training. You will work closely with internal ICT teams and external suppliers to ensure information systems are reliable, secure and support school improvement and statutory requirements.
About You
You will have strong experience supporting information systems, ideally within a school or local authority environment, with a good understanding of data protection and national digital standards affecting schools. You will be confident supporting users at all levels, producing clear guidance and delivering training. You will be organised, customer-focused and able to plan your workload to meet deadlines. Strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning and service improvement are essential.
