Summary

Connect Appointments have a new permanent opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join our Astley based client.

What's on offer?

  • A permanent position - 20 hours per week
  • Working week of Monday to Friday
  • Paid at £13.50 per hour

Working as an Office Assistant your duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Acting as a point of contact for customers, clients or suppliers via email, over the phone or in person
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Responding to questions and requests for information
  • Processing documents and ensuring timely submissions
  • Scheduling and other organisation activities
  • Other general administrative duties

To be successful in this Administrator position, you'll ideally have previous admin or similar experience. Combined with the following skills, traits, and experiences:

  • Previous payroll experience would be advantageous but not essential
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The ability to work on your own and as part of a team
  • Great attention to detail and organisational skills
