Are you a skilled carpenter or multi‑trade professional looking for a role with genuine variety and the chance to positively impact people’s homes? We’re looking for a Multi‑Trade Operative (Carpenter) to join our high‑performing Repairs Team—where no two days are ever the same.

About the role

You’ll be the go‑to person for all sorts of repairs — with carpentry as your main craft. Your days will include:

Carpentry repairs across homes
Fixing and maintaining UPVc windows & doors, lock changes, forced entries
Installing full kitchens and bathrooms
Plumbing, tiling, decorating, plastering, masonry — a bit of everything
Diagnosing faults and sorting them fast
Making homes safe during emergency call‑outs
The opportunity to make some extra money by taking part in the out‑of‑hours rota
You’ll be trusted to manage your own workload, maintain van stock, aim for first‑time fixes, and deliver a reliable, high‑quality service to residents.

What we’re looking for

Our ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their trade and delivers excellent customer service. You’ll bring:

Strong ability to plan and manage your own workload
Confidence communicating with residents, colleagues and supervisors
A commitment to high standards, professionalism, and working in line with our values
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a relevant trade
A Full UK Driving Licence and the ability to meet company vehicle insurance requirements
Motivation, problem‑solving skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
