KPI Education is delighted to be working with a high-achieving secondary school in Kensington seeking a motivated and academically strong Graduate Teaching Assistant to join them immediately.

Graduate Teaching Assistant
• This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm
• Term time only, with a
• Starting salary of £25,000 per annum.
• The role will initially begin on a temporary basis, with strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

This opportunity is ideal for graduates of core subjects such as English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or Languages who are considering a future in teaching or educational psychology. You will work closely with experienced teachers to support lesson delivery, provide targeted academic interventions, and mentor students both inside and outside the classroom. The school prides itself on its supportive leadership team, excellent behaviour standards, and commitment to nurturing future educators.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 in your subject specialism
• Deliver small group interventions to raise attainment
• Assist with lesson planning and classroom management
• Build positive relationships that inspire and motivate young learners
