What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting teachers in class, driving engagement and learning outcomes
• Delivering tailored interventions for pupils with SEN/EAL needs
• Mentoring and inspiring individuals and small groups across key stages
• Developing resources and classroom materials with teachers and SENCo
• Contributing to pastoral care and behaviour for learning initiatives

Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant for this Birmingham School:
• 2:1 or First Class degree holder (all disciplines welcome, education/psychology preferred)
