Why Here?
We believe in nurturing potential. Here, you'll be part of a close-knit team committed to a holistic approach, where personalised support plans and a creative curriculum truly transform lives. A degree in a relevant Humanities subject.
-
A compassionate, enthusiastic approach to education.

A dedication to supporting the academic, social, emotional, and moral development of every student.

Experience with autism and/or SEMH needs is a plus, but your passion for making a difference is paramount.
Your Role:
As our Humanities Teacher, you'll craft and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs. You'll foster a safe, supportive space, building strong relationships with students, and collaborating closely with our dedicated team of teaching assistants, therapists, and parents. This is where your creativity truly shines, implementing personalised learning plans and seeing the direct impact of your work.
We Offer:
-
Competitive salary paid to scale.
-
A beautiful, tranquil work environment in Surrey.
-
Unparalleled opportunity to make a real, lasting difference.
-
A highly supportive and collaborative team culture.
-
Excellent personal and professional development opportunities.
