The Role – Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children’s learning, development, and wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with your team to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework

  
  

• Planning and implementing engaging activities that support children’s development

  
  

• Observing, assessing, and recording children’s progress

  
  

• Supporting children’s social, emotional, and physical development

  
  

• Building positive relationships with parents and carers

  
  

• Maintaining a safe and welcoming learning environment

  
  

• Ensuring safeguarding policies and procedures are followed at all times

  Requirements

  To be considered for this Level 3 Nursery Practitioner position, you must have:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (essential)

    
    

  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting

    
    

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework

    
    

  • A genuine passion for working with young children

    
    

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

    
    

  • A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures

    
    

  • A positive, proactive, and reliable approach to work
