Are you a skilled Carpentry or Construction professional looking to inspire the next generation? We are seeking an engaging, self-motivated Lecturer in Carpentry to join a growing team in Cambridge. What the role involves:

- Design and deliver high-quality Carpentry programmes, combining hands-on practical training with clear, accessible theory
- Support learners at all stages of development, building confidence and essential skills
- Conduct tutorials and provide guidance to help students achieve their full potential
- Complete administrative tasks to ensure smooth course delivery
- Contribute to departmental development and the continuous improvement of programmes

What you’ll bring:

- Strong, up-to-date experience in the Construction sector
- In-depth Carpentry knowledge with at least a Level 2 vocational qualification
- A commitment to supporting learners to achieve their best
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and engage
- A proactive, team-focused approach with a willingness to contribute to departmental growth

Teaching experience or qualifications are desirable, but we welcome applications from professionals new to education and will support your development.
