Shifts: 06:00-14:00 or 14:00-22:00 (Monday to Friday)

The Role

As an Automotive Polisher, you will play a key role in ensuring vehicles meet the highest quality standards before final inspection and handover. This position requires precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering flawless finishes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Polishing and finishing automotive body panels to a high-quality standard

  • Removing scratches, blemishes, and surface imperfections

  • Operating polishing tools, compounds, and finishing materials safely and effectively

  • Conducting detailed quality inspections to ensure a flawless finish ✨

  • Working to production targets while maintaining exceptional standards

  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in automotive polishing (essential)

  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good understanding of health and safety procedures

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards

  • Flexible approach to shift work
