Summary

Job Title: Sheet Metal Fabricator
Location: CV7
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift (Overtime available)
Pay: Up to £20.00 per hour (DOE)

About the Role:
We are working with a fast-growing, precision engineering and fabrication specialist in Warwickshire who delivers bespoke metalwork across industries including food processing, industrial equipment, and pharmaceutical sectors. They are looking for a highly skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join their expert workshop team and help turn technical drawings into top-quality, one-off and small batch fabrications.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on challenging projects, from stainless steel frameworks to bespoke tanks, platforms, and precision assemblies, all while developing your skills in a professional, supportive environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Interpret and work from technical drawings and cutting lists with precision.

  • Fabricate sheet metal components from start to finish — cutting, bending, rolling, drilling, and polishing.

  • TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium.

  • Operate fabrication machinery: press brakes, guillotines, rollers, drill presses, and more.

  • Work on bespoke projects: frameworks, tanks, trolleys, platforms, and special assemblies.

  • Deliver high-quality finishes and maintain excellent attention to detail.

  • Keep the workshop safe, tidy, and compliant with Health & Safety standards.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:

    • 10+ years’ experience in sheet metal fabrication and welding.

    • Skilled in TIG welding stainless steel (aluminium a bonus) and MIG welding processes.

    • Confident producing one-off and small batch components to exacting tolerances.

    • Strong mechanical understanding and problem-solving ability.

    • High attention to detail and pride in quality finishes.

      Why You’ll Love This Role:

      • Competitive pay up to £20/hr (depending on experience).

      • Regular overtime at enhanced rates.

      • Work on exciting, bespoke projects every day — no boring assembly line work!

      • Supportive, skilled team environment where your expertise is valued.

      • Free on-site parking.

      • Additional holiday entitlement for long service.
