Days – Mon–Thurs 7:30am–4:00pm | Fri 7:30am–3:00pm
£16.00 – £20.00 per hour (DOE)

We’re working with a highly respected precision engineering and sheet metal manufacturer in Coventry with a serious reputation for quality.

This isn’t a small back-street jobbing shop.
This is a modern, well-invested facility supplying complex fabricated components into sectors like automotive, defence, heavy engineering and specialist manufacturing.

They’re busy. The order book is strong. And they need skilled fabricators who take pride in their work.

The Role

You’ll be fabricating and welding high-quality components and assemblies from technical drawings — not just repetitive tacking.

Expect to:

• MIG & TIG weld mild steel, stainless and aluminium

  
  

• Fabricate from detailed engineering drawings

  
  

• Work to tight tolerances and quality standards

  
  

• Build sub-assemblies and finished fabricated units

  
  

• Inspect your own work and maintain high standards

  
  

• Work within a professional, organised shop floor environment

  ✅ What They Want

  • Solid MIG & TIG fabrication experience

    
    

  • Confident reading engineering drawings

    
    

  • Experience with stainless & mild (aluminium a bonus)
