Summary
Skilled Butcher – Early Shift
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Pay Rate: £16.25 per hour
Contract: Temporary, ongoing
Working Hours: 7:30am – 3:00pm, 5 days out of 6 (Sunday to Friday)
We are currently recruiting for a skilled and reliable Butcher to join a busy and well-established operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone experienced, confident with knife work, and looking for consistent early-shift hours.
The Role
Preparing, cutting and trimming meat to a high standard
Working efficiently to meet production targets
Maintaining excellent knife control and precision
Following all food safety and hygiene regulations
Supporting the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
About You
Previous experience working as a Butcher in a similar environment
Strong knife skills and attention to detail
Able to work at pace whilst maintaining quality
Reliable and punctual with a positive, team-focused attitude
Good understanding of food hygiene standards
