Summary

Location: Alcester
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
Friday, 7:30am – 12:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (starting rate)

Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Alcester. This is a hands-on role working within a production environment assembling silicone-based products to meet daily targets and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work towards and achieve daily production targets


  • Assemble silicone-based products in line with manufacturing specifications


  • Follow detailed instructions and quality standards


  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment


  • Adhere to all health and safety procedures


    About You

    • Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic


    • Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods


    • Good manual dexterity and confident working with your hands


    • Able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team


    • Previous manufacturing or assembly experience desirable but not essential (full training provided)
