Payroll Administrator 21 hours per week – flexible within the working week FTE £25,400 – £27,560 per annum (pro rata), depending upon experience Do you want to be part of the change we’re bringing to mental health support? We offer: 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays, pro rata) Up to 3 discretionary Christmas leave days Auto-enrolment pension scheme Regular supervision and CPD opportunities Flexible working practices where possible A warm, values-driven environment built on trust, inclusion and collaboration What you will be doing as our Payroll Administrator Support the Payroll Lead in preparing, inputting and validating payroll data including starters, leavers, hours worked, overtime and statutory deductions Maintain accurate payroll records within Staffology Carry out initial payroll checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance Act as a first point of contact for routine payroll queries Ensure payroll processes remain compliant with HMRC and statutory requirements This role is designed to support the Payroll Lead and offers genuine development opportunities within payroll and the wider HR function.
