Summary
As a Booking and Scheduler for the ECG department your main duties will cover: Managing waiting lists by priority and date order Booking those next on the list to a date and time that suits them Answering and signposting general enquiries from patients calling our appointments line Working collaboratively with the directorate team to ensure the capacity & demand balance is right Organising your workload and being organised Helping to supervise when needed the reception team Covering on reception when needed
