Summary
We are recruiting Residential Support Workers to join a brand-new two-bed EBD home, L11.
This role involves supporting young people in a residential setting, promoting safeguarding, and helping maintain a safe, structured and nurturing home environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Support young people with day-to-day care and routines
• Promote safeguarding and the welfare of children
• Build positive, professional relationships
• Follow care plans, policies and procedures
• Work as part of a team to provide consistency and stability
Requirements:
• Experience working with children or young people (residential preferred)
• Good understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries
• Willingness to work shifts, including sleep-ins
• Level 3 desirable but not essential
Salary: £13.83 per hour | £60 per sleep
Hours: 162.5 hours per month including sleeps
Shift Pattern:
2 on / 4 off

Experience in residential childcare is essential
Qualification is desirable but not essential
Caring, passionate, and reliable with strong personal values
Someone with personality who genuinely wants to make a difference
Able to work flexibly and professionally

Safeguarding & Compliance:
Appointment is subject to a satisfactory Enhanced DBS check, suitable references, and all required safer recruitment checks in line with residential childcare regulations.
