Summary
Clinical Responsibilities Undertake structured ADHD assessments, including risk assessments and holistic health assessments. Provide safe, evidence based care in line with NICE guidance and Trust policies. Support service users throughout assessment, diagnosis and treatment pathways. Contribute to both pharmacological and nonpharmacological treatment planning, with supervision. Teamwork and Communication Communicate clearly, sensitively and professionally with service users, families and colleagues. Work effectively within the multidisciplinary team, contributing to shared decisions and coordinated care. Liaise with partner services to ensure integrated support and smooth transitions. Service Governance and Professional Standards Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with clinical governance standards. Participate in supervision, appraisal, training and CPD to maintain and develop clinical competence. Contribute to service reviews, audits, and improvement initiatives. Uphold safeguarding, confidentiality and health and safety responsibilities. Operational Requirements Work independently, managing your own caseload with support and supervision as required. Use digital systems to document care and communicate within the team. Travel across Somerset as needed to fulfil the duties of the role.
