Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Care Home Manager for our residential home in Stockton-on-Tees. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing care homes, with specific experience in elderly and dementia care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high standards of care and service.
- Lead and manage a team of care professionals, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy numbers.
- Utilize knowledge of the local area to effectively market the care home and attract new residents.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain excellent standards of care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and the local community.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Care Home Manager.
- Experience in marketing and increasing occupancy rates.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of elderly and dementia care.
- Familiarity with the Stockton-on-Tees area and local community resources.
