We’re looking for a Regional Painter & Decorator to support three of our key properties — Holiday Inn Guildford, Holiday Inn Sutton, and Holiday Inn Oxford — helping us maintain the high standards our guests expect.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Regional Painter & Decorator, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our hotels fresh, welcoming, and beautifully presented. Your day-to-day will include:
- Refreshing guest bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public spaces
- Carrying out repair work, touch‑ups, and planned redecoration projects
- Working closely with our Maintenance and Management teams onsite
- Travelling across the region to support where you’re needed most
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally, and with pride

We’re looking for someone who is:
- An experienced painter with strong attention to detail
- Confident working independently across multiple sites
- Able to drive, with access to reliable transport
- Passionate about creating great first impressions for guests
- Friendly, flexible, and ready to be part of a supportive regional team

The Holiday Inn® Oxford hotel is ideally situated just off the A34, a mere three miles from Oxford town centre. Guests can enjoy the convenience of free parking and a short walk to the Pear Tree Park & Ride bus service, offering a quick 10-minute journey into the City Centre.
For those wishing to explore further, Oxford Parkway train station is only a five-minute drive away, providing easy access to London. Additionally, the designer outlet shopping at Bicester Village Retail Park is within easy reach.
