Job description

We are seeking a professional and experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of our property portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of lettings, compliance, maintenance, and reporting, ensuring properties are managed efficiently and in line with legal requirements.

Main duties

Marketing properties and managing the rental process

Conducting property viewings and liaising with tenants

Preparing and managing tenancy agreements and contracts

Managing inventories, check-ins, and check-outs

Ensuring compliance with all relevant property legislation and regulations

Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors

Managing property licensing requirements

Handling legal matters related to tenancies

Managing budgets, rent collection, and financial records

Preparing regular management and performance reports

Skills and experience

Previous experience in property management

Good knowledge of lettings, compliance, and housing legislation

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities

Competent in budgeting and reporting

Professional and customer-focused approach
