Summary
Part-Time & Full-Time | Salary between £12.71 - £15.00ph (dependent on experience & qualifications)

We’re looking for a warm, passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our Happycrew family. If you love working with children, value teamwork, and believe in nurturing each child as an individual, we’d love to hear from you.

The role includes:
Providing outstanding care and learning experiences for children
Supporting daily routines including play, meals, sleep and activities
Creating a calm, engaging and nurturing environment
Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
Sharing children’s learning and development with parents via our app
Working as part of a close, supportive team across the nursery
Following EYFS, safeguarding and nursery policies at all times
We’re looking for someone who:
Is caring, enthusiastic and reliable
Has a genuine passion for early years and child development
Works well as part of a team and communicates positively
Understands the importance of safeguarding and child wellbeing
Is flexible, hands-on and happy to get involved in all areas of nursery life
