- Provide personalised learning support to students with a range of educational needs, including those with SEND

- A minimum of a Level 2 qualification in a relevant field, such as education or child development
- A valid Enhanced DBS check or the willingness to undergo one
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
- Specialised training or qualifications in supporting students with specific learning needs (e.g. , dyslexia, autism, ADHD)
- Knowledge of behaviour management techniques and strategies for promoting positive behaviour
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
