Summary
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a reputable multi-site automotive accident repair centre, for the position of Bodyshop Advisor in Haverfordwest. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join a well-established bodyshop, supporting their continued commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. The Bodyshop Advisor will be a key contact for clients, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery throughout the repair process.
The position of Bodyshop Advisor is essential in maintaining the high standards expected by the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating with workshop teams, and ensuring timely updates and vehicle deliveries. Benefits:
- Salary of up to £32,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience and current earnings
- 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

Duties:
- Welcoming customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Booking vehicles for repair and liaising with the management team to monitor progress
- Providing regular updates to customers throughout the repair process
- Ensuring vehicles are ready for collection at the designated time
- Supporting customers with onward travel arrangements and vehicle handover procedures
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Upselling repairs and approved products where appropriate, adopting a sales approach
- Supporting the workshop with accurate documentation and maintaining high housekeeping standards
- Developing and maintaining product knowledge through manufacturer-led training
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Customer Service Advisor, ideally within the automotive industry
- Strong organisational skills coupled with proficient IT knowledge
- Experience working with customer service systems; familiarity with Autoflow is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and courteous manner when dealing with customers
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
