What You’ll Do:As a Teaching Assistant with Thrive, you will: Support pupils’ learning and development in mainstream, SEND and alternative provision settings Work collaboratively with teachers and school staff to foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment Deliver targeted support to individuals and small groups to help pupils achieve their potential Help uphold high standards of behaviour, wellbeing and safeguarding for all learners Bring empathy, patience and adaptability to every interaction
Who We’re Looking For:We want professionals who: Are committed in helping young people "thrive" academically, socially and emotionally Have experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary) Communicate clearly, work as part of a team and act with professionalism Are flexible in approach and willing to adapt to different school environments Share Thrive’s commitment to quality, partnership and making a positive impact in education
Desirable but not essential: Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2 Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent) Experience in SEN / SEMH or alternative provision settingsA driving licence and access to a car (some schools can be difficult to access on public transport)
