Summary
Reporting to the Senior Site Coordinator, you will be working as part of the Linford team, theSite Administrator is responsible supporting the Senior Site Coordinator to deliver administrative tasks and fulfil the weighbridge daily operation.
Includes operating the weighbridge, placing orders on SAP including GRNing and clearing webcycles, organising transport and coordinating with site management to ensure all administrative duties are met.
- Effectively manage & control daily site visitors / contractors to ensure all persons arriving at site have been formally inducted, skillsets verified (MP-Connect), have correct PPE and relevant H&S documentation is all in order.
- Supporting the management team to ensure all site procurement orders are approved, loaded on SAP and processed accurately and within the required time scales.
- General office administrator duties will also include PPE management, filing, maintaining site noticeboards, archiving, stationery storage, stock take entry, account reconciliations and other related tasks.
- The office administrative undertakes a variety of duties on site including operating the weighbridge, interacting with hauliers, customers, visitors and contractors, general site housekeeping & site administrative maintenance tasks. The role will take direction from the Senior site coordinator to ensure priority administration support for the site management team, whilst still ensuring the daily weighbridge role is fulfilled. It is anticipated that the split between weighbridge duties and administrative duties will be approx. 60% weighbridge and 40% administration. This will include covering for the other Site Administrator when on annual leave/sickness. The Site Administrator is responsible for ensuring jobs are input correctly, orders are raised and processed via SAP, materials are receipted as per requests/delivery notes and are supplied correctly and within the required specification. Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Ensure all Safety, Health and environmental (SHE) policies and procedures are adhered too that include the following:
- Fire Alarm testing
- First Aid provision management
- Site compliance on Legionella, Structural, DSEAR, COSHH, electrical, Asbestos & other
- HIRA & SSOW Administrative Site compliance management.
- The efficient operation of the weighbridge and clear direction to lorries as they arrive and leave the site.
