Summary
Job Title ST LEONARD’S PRE-SCHOOL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Location St Leonard’s Centre and work from home
Responsible to Pre-School Manager and Management Committee
Job Purpose
To facilitate the efficient running of the Pre-School by undertaking administrative tasks, marketing and Pre-School/parent liaison.
Summary of Main Tasks
Respond to enquiries and promote the Pre-School to the local community.
Assist the Pre-School Manager with marketing the setting to parents via social media and the website.
Undertake administrative tasks to facilitate the efficient running of the Pre-School e.g. sending application forms, funding forms, invoices, plus maintaining the waiting list.
Update and design forms to facilitate procedures.
Maintain Excel spreadsheets for tracking purposes e.g. current days attended, days requested for subsequent terms, age of children.
Input data into the Hampshire system
Maintain records of the different funding streams and the income received from each.
Typing e.g. letters and Pre-School policies.
Print photos on the Pre-School printer when required.
Keep track of staff training and DBS renewal dates.
Book training and meetings for staff.
As this is an evolving position any other administrative tasks as required by the Pre-School Manager.
