About the role…

As an Apprentice at Ipsum, you’ll begin your career within the utilities and infrastructure sector, gaining valuable experience while working towards a recognised qualification.

You’ll be supported by experienced colleagues and mentors as you develop a strong understanding of the industry, the business and your chosen career path. This role offers a blend of practical learning and structured development, providing you with the foundations needed to grow and progress within Ipsum.

Our apprenticeship programmes are designed to equip you with transferable skills, technical knowledge and clear progression opportunities for the future.

You’ll be someone who:


Demonstrates enthusiasm and a willingness to develop

Has an interest in construction, utilities or engineering


No previous experience is required — we’re looking for the right attitude and potential.
