Summary
1. Provide administrative support to the Forensic service for presentations including setting up of equipment in meeting rooms. 2. To develop and maintain information-gathering systems for the team and as required, prepare reports and audits from the data gathered 3. As a support services team member to work flexibly in order that essential priority tasks are covered and dealt with, including rotas for designated roles. 4. To ensure regular maintenance of non-clinical equipment within the team, ensuring that equipment is reported for repair as necessary and that the office is kept clean and tidy at all times. 5. As a support services team member to work flexibly in order that essential priority tasks are covered and dealt with. 6. To liaise with Estates and Facilities for all works required for support services and project work. 7. To communicate and liaise with all stakeholders to coordinate all essential services/products for the site as a dedicated Account Manager for specific teams. 8. To report to the support services team lead any issues that are of concern relating to health and safety of the building. 9. To arrange appointments and bookings for on site visitors liaising with the security department. 10. Dealing sensitively and tactfully with clients and service users. 11. To work closely with the Team Leader to coordinate project work. 12. To have excellent verbal, written and communication skills 13. To induct new staff to appropriate support service systems 14. To have the ability to remain calm and sensitive in difficult and stressful situations
