Summary
Job Title: Domiciliary Care Administrator
Location: Malvern, Worcestershire
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £22,000 – £25,500 per annum (depending on experience)
We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Administrator to join our domiciliary care team in Malvern. This is a key role supporting the Registered Manager in delivering a safe, well-organised, and compliant home care service.
Responsibilities include maintaining staff and service user records, supporting rota management, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, handling confidential information, and supporting CQC compliance and quality assurance processes. The role offers the opportunity to develop knowledge of the care sector and progress into more senior administrative or care coordination roles over time.
