About the Role
We're looking for an experienced, compassionate, and forward‑thinking Nursing Home Manager to lead our dedicated team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. What You'll Do as Nursing Home Manager:
• Provide strong, visible leadership across the home
• Ensure the highest standards of clinical, personal, and emotional care
• Maintain full compliance with regulatory and quality frameworks
• Manage budgets, staffing, and operational performance
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and external partners
• Drive continuous improvement and champion a culture of dignity, respect, and safety
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing multidisciplinary team
What We're Looking For in our Nursing Home Manager:
• Proven experience managing a residential or nursing home
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and quality standards
• A passion for delivering outstanding care
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Ability to inspire teams and foster a supportive working culture
• Registered Manager qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
• Nursing qualification (NMC‑registered) is desirable but not essential, depending on the home's requirements
