Summary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Support the development of a range of materials using innovative solutions, as directed, to deliver engaging content Work with the graphic designer and other members of the marketing and communications team, managing allocated workload to complete work within given timescales. Interpret information through a variety of graphic design and multi-media techniques. To ensure that presentation of information adheres to the Trust, NHS and charity identity guidelines. Support marketing to produce information via a variety of media to staff, patients, fundraisers and stakeholders Day to day contact with several members of the marketing and communications team, ensuring confidentiality when required Support with projects that involve communicating important messages to staff, patients and fundraisers Support online/digital communications for the website, intranet, social media and e-newsletters Communicate design options to colleagues using the available technologies Promote appropriate solutions for design requests Liaise directly with colleagues to gain a strong understanding of their project requirements Keep up to date with current trends and practices in the appropriate disciplines and inform other members of the department as necessary Maintain Trust media library of images and photography consent
