We are seeking an experienced Human Cyber Risk Analyst to lead and evolve our human‑centric cybersecurity strategy.
This senior role will analyse behavioural risk, develop evidence‑based interventions, and embed behavioural science across our cyber resilience programmes. You will influence senior stakeholders, lead key initiatives such as the Security Champions Network, and drive communications and learning strategies that are measurable, strategic, and aligned to business objectives.

Essential:
• Deep expertise in behavioural science and its application to cybersecurity
• Experience using Human Risk Management Platforms.
• Proven experience leading behavioural risk programmes within medium or large organisations
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theory.
In addition, you will also have:
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Power BI or Excel.
- Academic background in psychology, behavioural science, organisational change, or cybersecurity. or a field suitable for this role
You Will Also Need - Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence senior leaders.
- Strong leadership, ability to lead teams and manage multiple strategic workstreams.
- Strong analytical thinking and a data‑driven approach to decision‑making.
What you'll be doing:
Behavioural Risk Analysis & Strategy:
- Analyse human cyber behaviours using qualitative and quantitative data within a Human Risk Management Platform.
- Define organisational behavioural risk priorities and develop strategic interventions.
- Apply behavioural science frameworks such as COM‑B and the Behaviour Change Wheel.
Programme Leadership & Intervention Design:
- Design, oversee, and evaluate large‑scale behaviour change programmes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to embed behavioural insights into enterprise-wide resilience strategies.
- Monitor programme impact and drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights.
Security Champions Network Ownership:
- Lead the strategy, development, and optimisation of the Security Champions Network.
- Provide champions with training, tools, and engagement resources.
- Enhance governance, reporting, and performance metrics for the network.
Communications & Engagement Strategy:
- Develop communication strategies using behavioural influence models such as MINDSPACE and Nudge Theory.
- Collaborate with internal communications and design teams on behaviour-change campaigns.
Learning Strategy & Development:
- Lead the design of tailored cybersecurity learning experiences.
- Apply DSAT, Bloom's Taxonomy, and behavioural insights to learning design.
- Create learning pathways that support secure working behaviours.
