Responsibilities
Facilitate the execution of trades for clients in various financial markets.
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies in all brokerage transactions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions and client interactions.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor market trends and provide analysis to clients regarding potential investment opportunities.
Work closely with traders and other team members to develop and implement trading strategies.
Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in brokerage or financial services.
Strong understanding of financial instruments and market operations.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
