Housing Management Coordinator



Pay £13.21 per hour (£25,838 per annum) and great benefits including Health Cash Plan



Temporary Contract (until 31st of July 26), Full time (37.5 hpw)

What you’ll do



  • Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, you’ll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their licence agreements.


  • Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.


  • Sometimes issue warning letters or attend court if needed.


  • Getting rooms ready for the next customers who need our help and for maximum occupancy, you’ll turn around vacant or void rooms within set timescales.


  • Keeping us compliant with maintenance and health and safety standards

You have



  • Experience in managing a housing management caseload and overseeing landlord and housing management duties


  • Know-how of re-letting of rooms or units, collecting rents, and taking formal tenancy action when needed.


  • Able to take on a lead role within the team, offering guidance and support to your colleagues


  • The ability to work on your own initiative, positively influencing people from all different backgrounds.


  • Confident working collaboratively with colleagues in other parts of the business as well as with external partners

The practical bits



  • Four week rolling rota to include one in every three weekends, working 11.5 hour shifts, 3-4 days per week


  • Based at our services in Exeter


  • Use technology for support plans, benefit claims and tenancy sign-ups


  • You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that.
