The Best Connection Tamworth is recruiting a General Operative for our client based in Wilnecote, Tamworth.
This is an excellent opportunity offering possible permanent positions following a successful trial period. The role involves hands-on work in an industrial environment and may include working both indoors and outdoors.
Key Responsibilities-
Loading and unloading items

Sweeping and general housekeeping duties

Jet washing metal framework

Working in a dirty and dusty industrial environment.

Maintaining site cleanliness and safety standards at all times

Comfortable working in a physical, industrial environment

Happy to work outdoors when required

Reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious

Previous industrial or process work experience desirable but not essential

Willing to get hands-on and work as part of a team
