Summary
We are currently recruiting a committed and resilient SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist secondary SEN setting on a full-time basis. This role involves supporting pupils with a range of complex additional needs and offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a specialist environment.
The provision supports young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, often alongside Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, trauma-related behaviours, and other emotional and behavioural challenges. Many pupils have experienced disruption to their education and benefit from consistent, patient, and understanding adults who can build strong, trusting relationships.
