Hours: Full-time, term time only (Monday to Friday)

As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both academically and emotionally, helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities include:

Implementing behaviour strategies tailored to individual pupil needs

Collaborating with class teachers and support staff to promote engagement and success

Providing curriculum support to pupils who may require additional academic assistance

Offering emotional support to pupils experiencing anxiety or related challenges
