Summary

Are you a skilled and compassionate Learning Support Assistant with experience supporting children with challenging behaviour and additional learning needs? ZEST Education are recruiting on behalf of a mainstream primary school in Fulham for a dedicated professional who can make a real difference!

Job Description:

As a Behaviour Learning Support Assistant, you will work one-to-one with a Year 3 pupil who is currently learning at Key Stage 1 level and displaying challenging behaviour. You'll play a vital role in promoting positive behaviour, confidence, engagement and academic progress in a supportive classroom environment.



This is an immediate start at a mainstream Primary School in Fulham, role running until the end of the academic year, with standard school hours (08:30-16:00, Monday to Friday).

Key Responsibilities:

Provide targeted behaviour support and behaviour management strategies to help the child access learning
