Crynodeb
The Quality Governance Administrator supports the Corporate Quality Team by providing robust administrative support to ensure effective quality governance processes. The post holder works under the direction of the Quality Governance Officer, assisting with meetings, maintaining systems, supporting recruitment and asset management, and contributing to the smooth running of the team across all NUH sites.
Administrative Support
Assist in organising and supporting meetings, including arranging venues, preparing agendas, taking minutes, tracking actions, and maintaining annual work planners.
Receive and provide complex information as required.
Input data onto shared systems/databases.
Maintain shared storage areas, administrative systems, and databases.
Support the management of staff records (ESR and MSS) and recruitment processes.
Help manage IT equipment, asset registers, and office resources.
Order equipment and process requisitions as required.
Manage incoming mail and telephone calls, ensuring timely responses.
Uphold confidentiality and information governance standards.
Team and Service Support
Support the Quality Governance Officer in ensuring effective Health & Safety and asset management for the team.
Prioritise workload according to service needs and agreed deadlines.
Use initiative to resolve issues, escalating to the Quality Governance Officer as necessary.
Welcome and show duties /activities in area to new employees.
Undertake any other duties as reasonably required to support the team
